70 grams oats
1/2 apple (chopped)
1 banana (mashed)
15-20 nos black raisins
2-3 dried figs
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tbsp chia seed
- Wet Ingredients
250 ml milk
20 grams honey
Directions
- In a container, combine oats, milk (200 ml), and honey, and add black raisins, and dried figs. Stir it
- Then let it refrigerate overnight or at least 4-5 hours
- In the morning, add in your mashed banana, with chopped apples. add in the remaining milk (50 ml) and mix it well
- Sprinkle cinnamon powder, and chia seeds on top
- Top it up with your favorite fruits, seeds, or any nuts you like. Enjoy!!
Notes
- Make variations by topping it up with anything you prefer, it can be fruits of your choice, seeds or nuts
