Easy (no bake) cheesecake recipe

Description
Cheesecake is a dessert made from soft freshly prepared cheese, commonly made with (cream cheese, cottage cheese, or ricotta cheese) combined with sugar and eggs, set on a base made with crushed cookies or biscuits, sometimes cake sponge, etc, there are many variations, it can be baked or unbaked. but most cheesecakes are refrigerated. it is one of the most popular desserts and can be topped with fruits, chocolates, and many more.
History
It is said that in ancient times, Cheesecake was a very popular dish in ancient Greece. the earliest mention of cheesecake was in the 5th century BCE, by a Greek physician named Aegimus who wrote a book on the art of making cheesecakes. During these times the cheese cake was made using simple ingredients such as ricotta cheese, wheat, and honey.
Later the Romans acquired this cheesecake recipe and created a more modern cheesecake that included more ingredients, cream, and eggs, Later on, this recipe became famous throughout Europe.
However, the cheesecake with which we are familiar in today’s time is an American innovation, which was accidentally made by William Lawrence (a dairyman in New York) while he was searching for ways to recreate the soft, French cheese Neufchatel.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese
1 litre milk
250 grams fresh cream
1 lemon
- Cake base
12-15 nos biscuits
2 tbsp butter
- Cake filling
1, 1/2 cup cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Nutella
1 cup whipped cream
2-4 tbs biscoff spread
Directions
- Cream cheese
- Let us make cream cheese, by combining fresh cream and milk together.
- Now let it come to a simmer, turn off the heat, and add in lemon.
- Keep stirring it until curdles, and stir continuously until it separates completely, it should take a few minutes
- Put the cheesecloth in a large bowl, strain the mixture
- Now Rinse with cold water to remove the sourness from the lemon and remove all the moisture
- Transfer in a blender, add in one pinch of salt and blend until smooth
- Cake base
- Take 10-15 biscuits, crush it in a mixer add in butter, and mix gently
- Put the biscuit mixture in a mold, spread it evenly, and press it tightly with a thick bottom glass (to make the base firm), refrigerate it for 20-25 minutes
- Cake filling
- Now take 1,1/2 cup of freshly made cream cheese, add in 2 tbs of sugar, combine it well
- Add in 1 tbs Nutella and put in one cup of whipped cream and mix well until thick and creamy
- Assembling
- Pour the cake filling into the mold with the cake, fill it up to the top, and add melted biscoff spread
- Refrigerate it overnight, Serve and Enjoy!!
Notes
- Rinse the mixture with cold water after straining it in cheese cloth
- Avoid overmixing while preparing cake filling
- Use cookies, or any biscuits you like.
- Use nutella instead of biscoff if you want a chocolate cheese cake
