Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread (any)

  • Cheeses
  • 70 grams cottage cheese (diced)

  • 20 grams feta cheese

  • Vegetables
  • 30 grams capsicum (diced)

  • 30 grams button mushroom (sliced)

  • 15 grams onions (diced)

  • 4-5 slices of jalapeno (diced)

  • Sauces
  • 30 grams mayonnaise

  • 20 ml hot sauce (any)

  • 5 ml soy sauce

Directions

  • Firstly dice the cottage cheese into small size cubes, put aside
  • Now dice capsicum, and onions, and slice the mushrooms”
  • Heat the pan, add oil, and saute the veggies (onions, capsicum and mushroom)
  • Add in the cottage cheese, and season it with salt, black peppers, chili flakes (for extra heat), and Italian seasoning. add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavors
  • Pour soy sauce on the rim of the pan. and toss until everything is combined
  • Put it in a bowl and rest aside
  • Now take your bread slices, spread the mayonnaise and hot sauce
  • Cover it up with the cottage cheese mixture we just prepared
  • Add in your jalapeno, and feta cheese on top
  • Close the sandwich and serve

Notes

  • Be generous with the seasoning, adjust it according to your liking
  • Here I am using button mushroom, feel free to substitute it with other mushrooms
